Genting UK passionately believes in safe gambling and we have a devoted website with full details here:

These are the golden rules of safe gaming:

  • Gambling should be seen as entertainment and not a way to make money
  • Customers should never chase their losses
  • Play within your means – only gamble what you can afford to lose
  • Set yourself either an amount limit or a time limit – and keep track of time

Our casinos follow a number of guidelines to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience:

  • We provide rules of the game to ensure transparency and understanding
  • We train all customer-facing staff to recognise the signs of a problem gambler and what to do
  • We give enhanced training for managers so they can interact with customers who may display risk behaviour
  • We offer self-exclusion through the SENSE programme, giving customers the option to self-exclude from all UK casinos, not just Genting
  • We offer resignation options for customers to take a break
  • We enforce exclusion for any customers who we believe are not in control of their gambling, but refuse to stop

Organisations we work with to offer help to problem gamblers
